Before and After School Care Program (Ages kindergarten-12yrs)

Free Preschool within our Group Care Program (Ages 2 1/2-kindergarten).

To provide a safe and healthy environment in which children can grow; emotionally, academically and physically.  We encourage children to try their best within their abilities to enhance their self esteem at their individual pace.

Mission + Vision

Twenty years ago when I first joined the world of Child Care I had no idea what a wonderful educational journey I was about to embark upon.  A seed was planted.  Our parents, myself and the teaching staff of Friends and Neighbours Together Child Care Centre Ltd. have played an active part in the growth and development of hundreds of children in the community and surrounding area.

It’s amazing what we can do when we come together.


1994-Home Based Family Care

1999-Location Montgomery Elementary School.

We started our program from one classroom, you told your friends about our program and we grew into a program with four classrooms and over 150 students. What a compliment! Thank you.

2005-Montgomery Elementary School closed and we relocated to Cape Horn Elementary School.  We had to downsize due to physical space restrictions.

2012-Expanded to include a program at Mundy Road Elementary School.

2014-Added a non-profit society (Able Child Academy Early Learning Society)
